I highly recommend this tutorial as well as their brush set! I follow all the steps from this tutorial to edit my *sim* photos.

You do not need procreate! You can do these things on gimp as well *I will add later in this post* this is just a step I do because its much easier for me to add details. I use procreate to add hair strands, highlight, shadows to my photos. Procreate is an app (for Apple) used for drawing, animating & design.

Lighting mods will be your best friend if you dont have reshade! Here are the ones I use and recommend! I also recommend these overrides as well! I play on an imac! I just noticed for me at least, taking photos in game ruined the quality for me so I use my computer screenshot app instead.
